Cancellation Policy
Notarial fees are regulated by California law. Travel fees are separate and based on distance and time. Valid government-issued identification is required for all signers. Appointment time includes document review and signing. Loan signings require document readiness before appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a travel fee.
